YOUR IMPACT STARTS HERE We're looking for a Sourcing Specialist II to lead RFQ/RFP processes on assigned categories from requirement definition through supplier award. You'll negotiate pricing, terms, and contract renewals while delivering measurable cost savings and risk reduction, track supplier KPI performance, and lead quarterly supplier reviews. Working closely with Category Managers and cross-functional stakeholders in planning, quality, and engineering, you'll help identify and execute strategic sourcing opportunities while ensuring compliance with Victaulic's sourcing policies and contract governance.
