YOUR IMPACT STARTS HERE We're looking for an Engineering Manager at our Justin, TX facility to lead and develop manufacturing and project engineers, improving how work gets done across Victaulic operations. In this role, you'll drive safer, more efficient, and more scalable fabrication and assembly processes by partnering closely with Operations, Quality, Safety, and Maintenance teams. You'll own engineering standards, capital projects, and continuous improvement efforts — turning complex manufacturing challenges into practical, repeatable solutions that support production, growth, and long-term reliability.
