Lancaster, Manheim, Elizabethtown, Landisville, Mountville, Willow Street, New Providence, Leola, New Holland, Ephrata and other towns throughout Lancaster County, PA!

Job Responsibilities for Direct Support Professional / DSP / Caregiver:
- You will provide personal care assistance (dressing, grooming)
- You will accompany clients on errands and appointments
- You will spend time on the client’s favorite hobbies and activities
- You will assist with everyday tasks, such as meal preparation
- You will participate in community integration activities
Qualifications for Direct Support Professional / DSP / Caregiver:
- One year experience working with I/DD individuals; If you do not have this experience, training may be available through our apprentice program
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation with the ability to transport clients to and from appointments, errands or outings
- Experience as a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT), Behavioral Technician (BT), Paraprofessional or Teacher/ Teaching Assistant is highly preferred but not required
