Job Description Position: Admissions Representative — Nursing & Allied Health Why this role matters: Unitek graduates enter hospitals, clinics, long-term care, and community health centers across our region. By connecting motivated people with life-changing training, you help deliver the workforce our communities urgently need. Healthcare needs you — and our students need you to guide them from interest to enrollment. What you’ll do: Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from prospective students who’ve expressed interest in Unitek programs. Make 100–150 outbound daily phone calls to assess interest, build rapport, and schedule admissions interviews. Conduct consultative in-person or virtual interviews that present program options, career pathways, and educational outcomes. Follow up with interested prospects to answer questions, remove barriers, and collect required admissions documents. Accurately document all student contacts and admissions activity in Nexus/CampusVue. Who you are: Empathetic, mission-driven communicator who believes education changes lives and strengthens healthcare. Comfortable with high-volume outbound outreach and professional follow-up. Strong consultative sales approach — you listen, advise, and guide prospects toward the best path. Organized and detail-oriented with experience using CRM or student information systems (experience with Nexus or CampusVue a plus). Previous admissions, enrollment, healthcare recruiting, or higher-education sales experience preferred.
