• High school diploma or equivalent • Valid Class B CDL • 1–3 years of transit or related transportation experience • 2–3 years of driving experience preferred • Previous supervisory experience strongly preferred • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills • Ability to effectively communicate with drivers, dispatchers, passengers, and other team members • Comfortable using two-way radios and PA systems • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel • Ability to work in both office and field environments, including periods of standing and walking Apply today and join our team at First Student!
