The Automotive Accessories Growth Manager drives revenue and profitability growth across the automotive accessories’ portfolio. This role uses market, customer, sales, cost, and inventory insights to identify opportunities and improve product and channel performance. Role requires working closely with Planning, Purchasing, Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams to align product demand, sourcing, launch plans, pricing, and sales execution. They connect these functions to deliver accessories that meet customer needs and business targets.
