In this role, you will oversee the protection of sensitive information and personnel through robust security protocols and compliance with federal guidelines.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Oversee the protection of sensitive information and personnel by implementing and maintaining robust security protocols.
- Conduct thorough background investigations and adjudicate security clearances in accordance with federal guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records and certify compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to address security risks and incidents as necessary.
What Required Skills You’ll Bring
- Active TS/SCI w/ CI POLY.
- Bachelor’s degree and 3+ or equivalent.
- Proven experience in personnel security or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of federal guidelines for background investigations and security clearances.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across departments to address security risks.

Security Clearance Requirement: An active Top Secret SCI w/Polygraph security clearance is required for this position.

Salary Range: $88,400.00 - $154,700.00
