The Workplace CAD & CAFM Specialist is the technical engine of the Workplace Planning team. You wil be responsible for the "how" of our space—taking the strategies developed by our Occupancy Planners and turning them into precise, actionable test fits and digital floor plans. This role requires a unique blend of architectural drafting speed and data discipline. You wi l be the primary gatekeeper of our CAFM/IWMS system, ensuring every seat, team zone, and polyline is accurate and ready for real-time decision-making.
