The Engineering Operations Manager provides hands-on leadership and technical oversight for the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of mechanical infrastructure supporting critical manufacturing, cleanroom, R&D, semiconductor, and mission-critical environments.
This role is responsible for maintaining uptime, environmental control, system reliability, and service quality across key mechanical and facility utility systems, including HVAC, chilled water, boilers, process cooling, exhaust, compressed air, vacuum, air handling, and related cleanroom support systems. The Engineering Operations Manager leads day-to-day operations, maintenance execution, troubleshooting, shutdown coordination, and continuous improvement activities to ensure critical systems operate safely and with minimal disruption to production or client operations.
