The HVAC Journeyman - Projects supports commercial and industrial mechanical projects across the Greater Georgia market. This role is responsible for executing equipment installations, replacements, retrofits, preventive and corrective maintenance as needed, equipment inspections, and field-based HVAC work while maintaining strong safety, quality, schedule, and documentation standards. This position supports project-based and field-based work tied to HVAC equipment replacements, retrofits, system upgrades, project startup, equipment onboarding, and client site readiness. The journeyman will work with project leaders, customers, vendors, and subcontractors to complete scopes safely and on schedule.
