Senior Electrical Test Technician

ABM Industries is seeking a Senior Testing Technician to join our Electrical Power Services team. This position serves as a technical lead responsible for the inspection, testing, troubleshooting, maintenance, commissioning, and evaluation of electrical power distribution equipment in commercial, industrial, utility, and mission-critical environments. The Senior Testing Technician performs testing activities independently, analyzes and evaluates equipment condition, develops technical recommendations, oversees safety compliance, and provides guidance and mentorship to Testing Technicians I and II. NETA certification is not required; however, candidates should possess the technical knowledge, field experience, leadership capabilities, and power systems expertise consistent with an advanced-level electrical testing professional. This role serves as a key field resource supporting project execution, customer relationships, technical quality, and operational excellence.
