About the job
The Occupancy Planner sits at the intersection of data, strategy, and relationship building—translating how people work into how space performs. You’ll turn headcount projections, utilization analytics, and business goals into actionable workplace plans that shape the future of how teams connect and collaborate. This role combines forward-looking analytics with hands-on execution and creative problem-solving, partnering across Real Estate, HR, and business units to deliver flexible, high-impact environments that evolve with the organization.
Equal parts strategic and tactical, this role requires a hands-on approach. You won't just analyze data from a desk—you will regularly walk on-site to audit physical spaces, verify utilization, and ensure alignment between plans and reality. To bring these solutions to life, you will directly update and maintain space plans in CAD, ensuring accurate floor plans and seamless operational execution.
