We are committed to delivering accuracy, transparency, and superior service to our clients. Position Summary We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk. Specific duties include:
- Process and post all owner assessment payments and deposits accurately.
- Monitor aging reports and follow up on past-due accounts.
- Coordinate late fees, payment plans, and collection efforts in line with association policies.
- Communicate professionally with owners, managers, and attorneys regarding account status.
- Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with company procedures.

- Accounts Receivable experience
