Tasks & Responsibilities:
• Set up and operate 4th Axis VMC machines.
- Set up and operate 4th Axis VMC machines.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and process sheets.
- Load programs and verify machining operations.
- Perform tool setting, offset correction, and tool change activities.
- Conduct in-process and final dimensional inspections using measuring instruments.
- Monitor machine performance and ensure product quality.
- Follow safety, housekeeping, and TPM practices.
- Report production, quality, and maintenance issues to supervisors.
• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Relevant CNC/VMC operating experience preferred
- Experience with VMC machining and 4th Axis operations.
- Knowledge of CNC controls (Fanuc/Siemens or equivalent).
- Ability to read technical drawings and GD&T basics.
- Proficiency in measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Understanding of machining parameters, cutting tools, and fixtures.
