As an IB data/ IB processes - Senior Associate you will support software and product innovation efforts within our Software and Product Innovation practice, helping shape software solutions and data-driven processes that support client needs. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex problems, manage assigned workstreams, build meaningful client connections, and mentor Associates and other junior team members while developing your technical skills, business context, and personal brand. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will contribute to software engineering activities such as designing, coding, testing, and refining applications, while using critical thinking, interpreting data, and adapting to changing priorities across client support engagements.
Responsibilities
- Developing software solutions for data and process-focused client engagements using application development, software design, and system development methods
- Analyzing complex business and technical requirements to translate data needs into functional specifications and solution options
- Writing, testing, and troubleshooting code across programming languages, frameworks, and integration tools such as APIs and microservices
- Performing code review, quality assurance testing, and debugging to validate functionality and maintain coding standards
- Interpreting data and project findings to shape recommendations that support digital transformation and process improvement
- Managing assigned workstreams, timelines, and deliverables while balancing changing priorities and ambiguity
- Building meaningful client relationships and anticipating needs across technical discussions, problem solving, and implementation support
- Mentoring junior team members, reviewing assigned tasks, and sharing practical guidance on engineering methods and delivery practices
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4+ years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Computer and Data Engineering, Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems/Technology, Machine Learning, Management Information Systems, Software Engineering
- Demonstrating coursework or internship experience in software engineering
- Applying data analysis to inform client-facing recommendations
- Using critical thinking to break down complex concepts
- Translating business needs into technical solutions
- Mentoring junior team members through changing priorities
