As a Kinaxis Senior Associate you will support connected supply chain client work within our Operations Consulting practice, focusing on Kinaxis-enabled planning, process improvement, and solution delivery across supply chain modernization efforts. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex issues, manage assigned workstreams, build client relationships, and mentor junior team members while developing your technical skills and business context. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will contribute to client support activities, coordinate deliverables, interpret feedback, and help drive solutions that align with broader supply chain transformation objectives.
Responsibilities
- Managing Kinaxis-enabled supply chain workstreams from planning through delivery for client service engagements
- Analyzing supply chain processes, business requirements, and system gaps to shape practical solution designs
- Configuring Kinaxis scenarios and supporting testing, data validation, and issue resolution across implementation phases
- Translating supply chain planning needs into functional requirements for inventory, logistics, procurement, and network planning activities
- Preparing deliverables that support supply chain transformation, operating model changes, and process improvement efforts
- Interpreting client feedback and adapting workplans to address changing priorities and project constraints
- Reviewing work completed by junior team members and providing guidance on task execution and work product development
- Building client relationships through responsive support, clear status updates, and thoughtful handling of project issues
- Applying supply chain management software knowledge to support planning, costing, and operational decision making
- Identifying risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improved supply chain performance across assigned engagements
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Demonstrating Kinaxis experience supporting supply chain modernization initiatives
- Applying supply chain management software knowledge to client delivery work
- Utilizing analytical thinking to interpret complex operational data
- Navigating ambiguity while managing assigned workstreams and deliverables
- Mentoring junior team members through feedback and review cycles
