As a Snowflake/Databricks and Oracle EBS Senior Manager you will lead data engineering work that designs and builds data pipelines, integration layers, and transformation solutions that help clients turn raw data into actionable insight. As a Senior Manager you will apply advanced technical skills, strategic judgment, and client-facing communication to lead complex work, motivate teams, and adapt delivery as priorities shift. In this role at PwC, you will guide delivery across cloud data platforms and enterprise systems within our Data and Analytics practice, bringing together engineering discipline and business context to support data modernization efforts for clients.
Responsibilities
- Leading Snowflake and Databricks data engineering workstreams for Oracle EBS modernization efforts
- Designing data pipelines, integration flows, and transformation logic across cloud and enterprise platforms
- Overseeing data architecture decisions that support analytics, reporting, and scalable processing
- Translating client business needs into technical solution designs for migration and modernization programs
- Coordinating data modeling, validation, and performance tuning activities across source and target systems
- Applying technical knowledge of data warehousing, orchestration, and data quality controls to improve delivery outcomes
- Guiding teams through complex implementation challenges while balancing scope, timelines, and technical dependencies
- Coaching team members on data engineering methods, delivery approaches, and issue resolution practices
- Validating technical outcomes with clients and adjusting solution direction based on feedback and project findings
- Representing delivery progress, risks, and solution options to stakeholders with clear and concise communication
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 13+ years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Management Information Systems, Computer and Information Science, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Mathematical Statistics
- Demonstrating experience leading large data modernization projects
- Applying Snowflake or Databricks skills in client-facing delivery
- Translating Oracle EBS data flows into clear architecture solutions
- Crafting executive-ready messages for complex technical topics
- Coaching diverse teams through ambiguity and competing priorities
