As a Workday Recruiting Senior Associate you will support client needs through Workday human capital consulting, helping clients optimize recruiting processes, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for smooth adoption of Workday HCM applications. As a Senior Associate you will build meaningful client connections, manage assigned workstreams, mentor junior team members, and navigate complex situations while developing your personal brand, technical skills, and understanding of the broader business context within our Technology Consulting practice. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will analyze client requirements, interpret data to inform recommendations, and contribute to delivery of work that aligns with project objectives and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing client recruiting needs and translating requirements into Workday Recruiting configuration and process recommendations
- Supporting implementation workstreams for Workday Human Capital solutions, including recruiting process setup, testing, and issue resolution
- Configuring recruiting business processes, job requisitions, candidate stages, and related security roles within Workday
- Interpreting client feedback and data to identify process gaps and recommend improvements to talent acquisition workflows
- Developing client-ready deliverables, walkthroughs, and training materials that support system adoption and day-to-day use
- Coordinating defect tracking, status updates, and task follow-up across project workstreams to maintain momentum on assigned deliverables
- Collaborating with client stakeholders to clarify functional requirements and support decisions during design and deployment activities
- Reviewing assigned work for accuracy and consistency with firm methodology, project scope, and Workday leading practices
- Mentoring junior team members on task execution, documentation, and issue triage within recruiting-related project activities
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- At least one of the following: One or more Workday certifications aligned to Human Capital Management solutions, including Core HCM, Talent and Performance, Recruiting, Benefits, Payroll, or related HR platform credentials
- Demonstrating Workday Recruiting configuration and deployment experience
- Applying Workday HCM knowledge across client support workstreams
- Interpreting recruiting data to inform recommendations and actions
- Navigating ambiguity while managing client priorities and deliverables
