Job Description
We are a small, established financial planning practice looking for a Client Relationship & Marketing Coordinator to become an important part of our team.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys people, details, technology and variety. You will help us create an exceptional experience for our clients while coordinating the marketing activities, events, communications and systems that support our relationships and help our practice grow.
What You Will Do:
- Build relationships with clients and coordinate the thoughtful touches that make their experience with our practice special.
- Plan and coordinate client appreciation and educational events from beginning to end .
- Lead client email communications, including newsletters, event invitations and other campaigns . Help execute our annual marketing plan and maintain our website and social media presence.
- Serve as a key resource for Salesforce CRM, dashboards and other marketing technology, helping the team use these systems effectively .
- Track annual goals, prospective clients and new-business opportunities and provide meaningful updates to leadership . Review reports and results, recognize trends and help identify appropriate next steps .
- Coordinate marketing materials, promotional items and outside vendors .
- Take ideas, figure out how to make them happen and follow them through to completion.

Compensation:
- Starting compensation is generally expected to be in the upper$30,000s to lower $40,000s, with flexibility for the right candidate based on experience, skills and overall fit.
