About the job
- Develop and grow business with Automotive OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, major two-wheeler customers, and adjacent non-automotive markets.oIdentify new business opportunities and expand existing customer accounts.
- Drive customer engagement activities and act as the primary interface between customers and internal functions
- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and long-term agreements with customers.
- Manage customer inquiries, concerns, and commercial discussions to ensure timely resolution.
- Prepare sales budgets, forecasts, quotations, and business plans.
- Deliver sales presentations and promote company products and solutions to customers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
- Support lead generation and business development initiatives to expand market presence.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful program execution.
SKILLS REQUIRED : •Willingness to travel extensively for customer visits, business development, and market engagement activities. •Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and key stakeholders. Education Requirements Recommended Engineering Degree MBA
