Job Description

Farm Family Territory Leader Develop the territory. Grow the network. Help shape what comes next. Farm Family is expanding its independent agency distribution strategy. We’re looking for experienced commercial P&C distribution professionals to develop agency partnerships, prospect new opportunities and drive profitable territory growth. States listed for these opportunities: TX, NE, {CA, NV} {ID, MT} {IL, IN, OH} {AL, UT} {KS, AR} {MO and OK} You’ll bring: Independent agency distribution experience, strong commercial P&C knowledge, and a track record of prospecting, developing and appointing agency partners. An established agency network, farm/ranch or agribusiness experience, and CIC, CLCS or AFIS designations will set you apart. The opportunity includes:

• Work from home when not traveling; travel up to 50%. • Sales Incentive Program: 25% at Target. • 401K and company match, plus Health, Dental, and Vision benefits.
