Job Details Registered Nurse II - Pick your Schedule Per Diem -60 hours monthly **(5) 12 hours shifts Rotating shifts | 7 AM- 7p:30 PM and 7 PM - 7:30 AM Flexible Schedule Weekend and Holiday requirements per the guideline of the department. Location: Elkton, Maryland- Cecil Campus

Join the Per Diem Float Pool Team at ChristianaCare Cecil Campus and provide exceptional care where you are needed most. In this role, you'll work across a variety of acute care units, gaining valuable experience while delivering compassionate, patient-centered care. Every shift offers an opportunity to learn, grow, and make a meaningful difference for patients and their families.
What You'll Do Provide high-quality nursing care across multiple units, including:
- Medical
- Surgical
- Step-Down/PCU
- Medical Observation
- Surgical Observation
- ED Hold
What We're Looking For
- Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills

Qualifications
- BSN required or commitment to obtain within three years of hire
- Minimum of two years of Medical-Surgical RN experience in an acute care hospital setting
- Current BLS certification required

$54.00 hourly
This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting.
