Job Details Registered Nurse II – Med/Surg Per Diem Shifts: ****Overnights Only****7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (12-hour shifts) Commitment Options: 60 or 84 hours in 4-week blocks

What to Expect
- Pay rates are based on your monthly hour commitment (60 or 84 hours per 4-week block).
- 12-hour shifts available (day or night).
- Initial training includes 10-day shifts during your first month for New Employee Orientation, Nursing Orientation, and unit training.
Requirements
- BSN required or commitment to obtain within 3 years of hire (with relevant experience).
- Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg RN experience in an acute care/hospital setting .
- BLS certification required .
PD60 =$54/hr & PD84 =$56/hr
This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
