Make an impact where finance meets impact. Join Stryker’s Medical Asia Pacific (APAC) Finance team and play a key role in shaping business performance across the region. Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will provide financial insights, drive planning processes, and support decisions that improve growth, profitability, and operational performance. As a trusted finance analyst, you'll combine financial expertise, business intelligence, and commercial analysis to help our business make informed decisions while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. What You Will Do
• Lead the end-to-end forecasting, projection, and annual budgeting processes for the Medical APAC division. • Own monthly profit and loss reporting, ensuring financial results are accurate, complete, and delivered on time. • Analyse sales, margin, and operating performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that support business objectives. • Present monthly financial results, forecasts, and key business insights to regional leadership teams. • Support the evaluation of business decisions, investments, and sales initiatives through financial analysis and performance modelling. • Deliver continuous improvement projects that enhance financial processes, reporting capabilities, and business outcomes. What You Will Need Required
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline.

- Minimum 1 year of experience in financial audit, assurance, management accounting, commercial analysis or a related finance position.
- Experience preparing budgets, forecasts, management reports, and financial analyses.
- Experience analysing profit and loss statements and translating financial data into business recommendations.
- Professional accounting qualification (CPA, CA, ACCA, or equivalent).
- Experience supporting commercial, sales, or regional business operations within a multinational organization.
- Experience participating in finance transformation or process improvement projects.
