We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate to join our Americas Capital Markets Business Management team. In this role, you will drive the execution of strategic initiatives, optimize business performance, and support the overall Capital Markets strategy. Your responsibilities will include budgeting, preparing insightful business reviews, analyzing market trends and competitor analysis, coordinating key events, driving group adoption of new tech tools and ensuring effective risk management. You will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless execution of strategic initiatives and facilitating the deployment of corporate resources to achieve both strategic and tactical objectives.
