The Spa Manager oversees the daily operation, guest experience, team leadership, and financial performance of the Spa at NoMad Detroit. This position ensures a refined, welcoming, and consistent wellness experience through exceptional service, thoughtful scheduling, effective treatment protocols, and meticulous facility standards.
The Spa Manager is responsible for leading spa team members, coordinating guest appointments and treatment availability, developing and maintaining training standards, overseeing retail products and supplies, and partnering with Sales and hotel leaders to build spa revenue while protecting guest satisfaction and team member engagement.
