Hourly Pay Range: $37.25 - $57.74 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.
• Position: Registered Nurse – Pediatric Unit
- Position: Registered Nurse – Pediatric Unit
- Location: Evanston, IL
- Full Time: Full time, 36 hours per week
- Hours: 1500-2330 and 1900-0730, with weekend rotation
- Float: when needed
• Independently provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care in the Pediatric Unit
- Independently provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care in the Pediatric Unit
- Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient plan of care
- Guide and direct assigned unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary patient care
- Communicate and collaborate with members of the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care
- Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience
- Education: Graduate of a NLN accredited school of nursing required; BSN strongly preferred
- Certification: BLS/CPR certification for the Healthcare Provider required (from AHA)
- License: Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required
- Experience: 1 year of acute care nursing experience or 1 year Pediatric Nursing experience preferred
- Unique or Preferred Skills: Inpatient Pediatric experience
