- Pay Rate Range: $17.52-$21.90 USD Gross per hour.
Job Description Reporting to Food & Beverage Leadership, responsibilities and essential functions include, but are not limited to:
- Consistently provide professional, friendly, and engaging service.
- Deliver food and beverage items to guests in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist servers with table maintenance, clearing, cleaning, and resetting guest areas.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of lobby lounge dining areas, service stations, and back-of-house support areas.
- Monitor and replenish water service, condiments, and guest support items as needed.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen, bar, and service teams to ensure smooth operational flow.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards throughout the lobby lounge area.
- Support opening, ongoing, and closing side work duties.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and departmental policies and procedures.
- Support overall outlet operations and perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications • Previous experience as a restaurant busser, food runner, or in a hospitality role preferred. • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. • Strong communication and teamwork skills. • Ability to remain organized and detail-oriented under pressure. • Strong work ethic and positive attitude. • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. • Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays. • Active Food Handler Certification required. • Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certification preferred or required based on local regulations.
