About the job
Make an impact with one of the world’s leading waste management organisations. Build strategic partnerships and drive sustainable growth across REMONDIS’ largest Commercial and Industrial accounts. You’ll manage major state and national multi-site customers, identify new revenue opportunities and partner with Operations to deliver outstanding service and long-term customer value.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business from an agreed portfolio, delivering revenue and business plan targets.
- Nurture and grow major accounts by building trusted relationships with decision-makers and influencers.
- Identify opportunities to expand REMONDIS services across existing customer sites.
- Develop strategic account plans that strengthen loyalty and support contract renewals.
- Design tailored commercial and industrial waste management solutions.
- Partner with Operations to resolve service issues and achieve the best customer outcomes.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and complete administration on time.
- Report on sales performance, KPIs, market and competitor activity, safety and site access matters.
Skills and Experience
- A bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Administration or a related field will be highly regarded.
- Previous success managing national or multi-site accounts is desirable.
- Proven success in sales and customer service, ideally managing national or multi-site accounts.
- A strong customer focus and the ability to build credible, long-term relationships.
- Confident negotiation skills and sound commercial judgement.
- A solid understanding of sales measures, targets and KPIs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisation, prioritisation, administration and attention to detail.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and other business systems.
- Experience with Salesforce or a comparable CRM will be highly regarded.
