Senior Analyst Risk Finance

Job Details: Summary The Senior Financial Analyst – Risk Finance plays a key role in supporting the company’s risk financing strategy through accurate loss reporting, financial controls, and data analytics. This position is responsible for managing Workers’ Compensation and Liability claim payment reporting to the company’s insurance captive, maintaining loss data for actuarial analysis, and ensuring compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) financial control requirements. This role partners closely with claims, actuarial, accounting, and external service providers to ensure data integrity, financial accuracy, and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Loss Reporting & Captive Financial Support

• Prepare and submit monthly Workers’ Co mpensation and Liability claim payment reports to the company’s insurance captive • Reconcile and validate claim payment activity across internal systems and third-party administrators • Support captive financial reporting by ensuring completeness and accuracy of loss data Actuarial Data & Reserve Support
