Company Description Location: Bellevue, WA (Factoria) Salary Range : $90,000- $105,000 per year Schedule: Monday - Friday Bonuses : Up to$10,000 Sign-on bonus (pending experience) and Production Bonus Sports PT - Factoria is a growing sports and orthopedic physical therapy clinic serving active adults and athletes in an athletic facility, movement-focused environment. Job Description Your First 30–60 Days
• Structured onboarding with clear expectations

- Side-by-side treatment and case discussions with the Clinic Director
- Gradual ramp to full independence (no getting thrown into the deep end)
- Early focus on clinical reasoning, efficiency, and patient communication
• Evaluate and treat orthopedic and sports-related conditions

- Coach patients through exercise, movement retraining, and progressive loading
- Use manual therapy when it meaningfully improves outcomes
- Make clinical decisions—not just follow protocols
- Document efficiently during the workday (no take-home notes)

Qualifications
- Licensed (or soon-to-be licensed) Physical Therapist in Washington State
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
- Interest in sports rehab, orthopedics, and active populations
Additional Information Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $90,000 – $105,000 (based on experience)
- Up to $10,000 sign-on bonus
