Start a career in technology—no prior IT experience required Interested in a data center career but don't have a technical background? Oracle's Catalyst Foundations program is designed for people who are ready to learn. Catalyst is a 12-week paid work and training program that prepares participants for a career in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) data center operations. Through hands-on experience, technical training, mentorship, and career development, you'll build the foundational skills needed to succeed as a Data Center Technician. The goal of the program is for trainees to transition to permanent full-time Data Center Technician positions, dependent on successfully completing the program.
