Job Description: LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSES/ REGISTERED NURSES Full-Time / Part-Time / PRN ( subject to availability) *sign-on bonus may be available for some programs
We hire Nurses across Central Missouri in areas such as: Columbia, Boonville, and more (subject to availability)
Supporting teams such as: Community Support, Psychiatry, ACT, ACT-TAY, IMPART, Substance Use Disorder Recovery, Residential.

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you'll have the chance to work with individuals who are struggling with persistent mental health disorders and/or substance use disorders, providing them with the care and support they need to recover and thrive.

As a Nurse at Burrell, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing direct nursing care to clients in accordance with physicians' orders and established policies and procedures
- Assessing clients' physical and emotional needs and developing individualized plans of care to meet those needs
- Administering medications and monitoring clients' progress and response to treatment
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client care and communicating effectively with interdisciplinary teams
- Collaborating with clients , family members, and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care and support
- Educating clients and their loved one s about mental health conditions, treatment options, and self-care strategies
- Promoting a safe and supportive environment that fosters growth, dignity, and well-being for all clients
Qualifications: LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) or RN (Registered Nurse) in Missouri
