We are seeking an enthusiastic, service-minded Full-Time Dining Server to join our team and help deliver exceptional hospitality to the residents and guests we proudly serve.
Whether you're welcoming residents for breakfast, serving lunch with a smile, or creating a warm and inviting dinner experience, you'll play an important role in making every day special. This position offers the opportunity to work any shift , providing flexibility while being part of a supportive and mission-driven community.
Compensation
Pay Range: $14.50 – $17.25 per hour ( Final offer based on your skills, experience, and professional background)

What You'll Do
- Provide friendly, attentive, and professional table service to residents and guests.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve meals while ensuring an exceptional dining experience.
- Prepare and maintain dining rooms before, during, and after meal service.
- Assist with special events, celebrations, and community gatherings.
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
- Build meaningful relationships with residents through outstanding customer service.
What We're Looking For

- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Dependable, team-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Previous restaurant, hospitality, or senior living experience is helpful but not required.
