Position: Senior SRE Engineer - Azure
Job Description: Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Azure cloud infrastructure and production SaaS environments for high availability and reliability.
- Monitor and support microservices, applications, databases, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure .
- Design and implement scalable, highly available, resilient, and multi-region cloud solutions .
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform incident response, RCA, patching, upgrades, and performance optimization .
- Develop monitoring, alerting, and Grafana dashboards using Prometheus, Azure Monitor, AppDynamics, or similar tools.
- Automate operational processes using Python, Bash, PowerShell, Terraform, and Ansible .
- Deploy and manage Docker and Kubernetes/AKS, OpenShift, or Rancher environments.
- Support Java/Spring/Spring Boot-based microservices and relational/NoSQL databases.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or equivalent tools.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Development, Support, Security, IAM, and Cloud teams to resolve customer and production issues.
- Participate in on-call support, customer onboarding/offboarding, production deployments, and planned/unplanned outage management .
- Contribute to architecture and system design reviews and continuously improve automation, security, scalability, performance, and operational efficiency .
