Summary Job Description: Qlik Sense Developer III | Business Intelligence | Healthcare Analytics Baptist Health Louisville, KY (Hybrid)
Baptist Health is seeking a BI Developer III with strong Qlik Sense and SQL skills to develop enterprise analytics solutions that support clinical, operational, and financial decision-making. In this role, you'll work directly with business stakeholders to design dashboards, build scalable data models, and deliver insights that help improve patient care and organizational performance.
Essential Duties:
- Develop and maintain Qlik Sense applications and dashboards
- Build and optimize Qlik load scripts, data models, and QVDs
- Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into analytics solutions
- Troubleshoot and improve application performance
- Support reporting governance, testing, and documentation
- Contribute to BI development standards and best practices
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of BI or analytics development experience
- 2+ years of Qlik Sense development experience
- Strong SQL skills
- Experience with data modeling and ETL/ELT processes
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
Preferred
- Healthcare analytics experience
- Qlik Sense certifications
- Qlik NPrinting experience
- Power BI or Tableau experience
- Python, JavaScript, or HTML experience
