Project Manager

The Fabrication Project Manager is responsible for the planning, procurement, scheduling, and execution of fabrication projects to ensure on-time delivery, cost control, and customer satisfaction. This position serves as the primary coordinator between engineering, production, supply chain, vendors, customers, and operations to ensure fabrication jobs progress efficiently from order release through completion and coordinating of shipments with freight forwarders and end users. Based in Odessa, Texas, this role will also provide planning, procurement, and project support for the company's sister fabrication operation in Dubai, helping to standardize processes, improve communication, and support global project execution. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple fabrication projects simultaneously while maintaining strong relationships with vendors, internal stakeholders, and manufacturing personnel.
