Job Description Leidos Electronics Manufacturing is seeking a talented Quality Inspector. With offices across the United States engaging in the defense, space, cyber and commercial fields, Leidos provides responsive, cost-effective engineering, scientific and IT solutions. Leidos is involved in multiple contracts to provide hardware and systems for high energy weapons, launchers, Hypersonics, and target surrogates for several DoD customers.

• Primary Responsibilities.
- Primary Responsibilities.
- Inspect components and assembled parts.
- Must be able to read and understand assembly instructions.
- Perform Internal AS9100 audits.
- Write Non-conformance and start investigation to root cause.
- Basic Qualifications.
- Candidate must possess a High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of (7) years of experience in an ISO9001/AS9100 system or equivalent experience in DOD, Aerospace, or Automotive manufacturing quality control.
- Candidate should have working knowledge of IPC-a-610 and IPC-J-STD-001
- Candidate must be able to lift up to 35 lbs.
- Must have demonstrated experience effectively communicating within a team environment.
- The position requires candidates to be capable of performing in a collaborative environment working closely with multi-disciplinary teams.
- Candidates must be a resident of North Alabama or willing to relocate to the area.
- Preferred Qualifications.
• Experience using Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Outlook)

- Prefer knowledge of IPC/WHMA-A-620 and IPC-J-STD-001 Space Addendum
