What You’ll Be Doing
- Diagnose and resolve residential plumbing service calls and emergencies
- Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fixtures, and drainage systems
- Perform inspections and recommend solutions customers can trust
- Accurately document work performed, time, and materials
- Work closely with teammates, dispatch, and leadership
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every call
What We’re Looking For
Required
- 1+ year of residential plumbing experience
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs as needed
Preferred
- 2+ years of residential service plumbing experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Excellent customer service and communication
