Little Giants and Kid's Cove is currently seeking a qualified Educational Coordinator.
Supports multiple Tampa-area centers Conducts classroom observations and curriculum/program audits Ensures curriculum implementation and fidelity Supports teacher onboarding and curriculum training Coaches teachers and provides classroom-level feedback/support Identifies gaps and partners with center leadership on improvements Travels routinely between assigned centers
Minimum Qualifications include: 2 years ECE experience, staff credentials (CDA, FCCPC or an Associates in related field), and management experience required.

What We Need from You:
Education, Experience, and Training Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Must meet all state, federal, and Early Learning Academies guidelines regarding education, experience, immunizations, employment physical, and required health and safety training and practices.
- A valid driver's license is required if driving is a requirement of the position.
