Patent Agent / Senior Patent Agent Reporting to the Co-founder & Chief Scientific Officer, the Patent Agent / Senior Patent Agent will be a key leader in driving our intellectual property (IP) activities, including partnering with internal scientists and outside counsel to draft applications, prosecute patents, and set strategy. The ideal candidate for this role has a scientific background and relevant IP experience. Compensation The annual base pay range for this position is $128,500 - $155,000 and will depend on several factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, skills and competencies. The pay range reflects the Manager and Sr. Manager levels. F Title and compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s qualifications and relevant experience.
