As a Senior ServiceNow Consultant, you will lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise solutions that align business needs with the capabilities of the ServiceNow platform. You will work closely with clients and stakeholders to assess existing processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop scalable, sustainable technical solutions. Leveraging your expertise across ServiceNow modules and IT service management, you will drive complex implementations and integrations with third-party applications. You will play a strategic role in architecture discussions, solution planning, and executive presentations, ensuring that technical recommendations deliver measurable business value. Accountabilities:
- Lead the design, architecture, configuration, development, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions tailored to client business requirements.
- Assess existing business processes, IT service management workflows, and technology environments to identify improvement opportunities and recommend appropriate ServiceNow capabilities.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable, and supportable technical solutions aligned with client objectives and platform best practices.
- Evaluate and implement ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, FSM, SPM, and other relevant platform capabilities.
- Define solution requirements, integration strategies, technical architectures, and implementation roadmaps for enterprise ServiceNow projects.
- Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and third-party applications using web services, APIs, and other suitable integration technologies.
- Apply expertise in front-end and backend technologies, including XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS, and Jelly Script, to support platform customization and development.
- Lead technical architecture discussions, present solution options, develop business cases, and communicate recommendations to senior executives and client stakeholders.
- Oversee the delivery of large-scale ServiceNow implementations, ensuring technical quality, scalability, security, maintainability, and adherence to established best practices.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement effective solutions to maintain platform reliability and performance.
- Manage multiple projects and competing priorities while maintaining delivery timelines, quality standards, and stakeholder expectations.
- Coach and mentor team members through technical guidance, architecture reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Act as a ServiceNow subject matter expert during client briefings, executive presentations, industry events, and marketing activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve delivery processes, strengthen client relationships, and identify opportunities for innovation and business growth.
- Stay informed about new ServiceNow capabilities, platform updates, and industry trends to recommend improvements and maintain technical excellence.
Requirements:
- At least 6 years of professional experience in IT service management, enterprise solutions, ServiceNow consulting, or related technical roles.
- Extensive hands-on experience in ServiceNow solution design, architecture, development, implementation, and deployment.
- Strong expertise in translating business requirements into scalable, reliable, and supportable ServiceNow technical solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of one or more ServiceNow modules, such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, FSM, or SPM.
- Strong background in IT service management processes, enterprise platform implementation, and ServiceNow development best practices.
- Proficiency in relevant front-end and backend technologies, including XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS, Jelly Script, and web services.
- Experience designing, implementing, and troubleshooting integrations between ServiceNow and third-party applications.
- A proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale ServiceNow projects with a focus on quality, scalability, and client satisfaction.
- Relevant ServiceNow certifications, with ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) credentials preferred.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex requirements and recommend effective technical solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to lead architecture discussions, develop business cases, and present technical concepts and recommendations to senior executives.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to facilitate discussions with both technical and business audiences.
