- Compensation: $50–$55/hour , based on experience

- Single Column 60 minute regular recall prophy 90 min SRP
- Patient Mix: PPO & Fee-for-Service
About the Company All Smiles Dental Care is seeking a full-time Registered Dental Hygienist to join our Phoenix team. We’re looking for a hygienist who values high-quality preventative care, patient education, and building long-term relationships with patients. This is a PPO and fee-for-service practice, allowing our clinical team to focus on individualized treatment recommendations and a strong patient experience. We operate as an DSO with a collaborative team of 1 Dentist, 2 hygienists, and 2 front office staff, dedicated to providing a supportive and patient-centered work environment.
Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive preventative and periodontal hygiene care
- Provide comprehensive preventative and periodontal hygiene care
- Perform prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and scaling and root planning
- Complete periodontal charting and assess patients’ periodontal health on CareStack
- Take diagnostic radiographs as needed via Nomad
- Educate patients on oral health, home care, and recommended treatment
- Identify areas of concern and communicate findings with the doctor
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with doctors, dental assistants, and the front office team
- Help create a comfortable and positive experience for every patient
- Active Dental Hygiene License in Phoenix, AZ
- Local Anesthesia Certification (if applicable by state)
- Current CPR/BLS Certification
- Strong communication and patient education skills
- Commitment to quality patient care
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment

- Experience with assisted hygiene models
- Laser Certification
- Experience in PPO and Fee-for-Service environments
- Experience with periodontal therapy
- Experience with patient education and treatment acceptance
