- Follow instructions and procedures to complete daily production activities
- Adhere to safety requirements at all times
- Operate fork truck and other plant equipment
- Assure material is stored in correct locations throughout the facilities
- Report any quality, safety, or machinery concerns to the foreman / supervisor
- Assure company policies, procedures, requirements and resources are adhered to
- Comply and improve the companies Quality, Environmental, Safety, and Lean program
- Ability to pass required company training
Required Skills and Education
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in the P/M industry or manufacturing environment is preferred
- Forklift driving experience is preferred
- Good communication skills – written and verbal
- Ability to work overtime on short notice
