Job Posting Title Material Handler - 3rd Shift Job Description Summary Comply with all company, departmental, and safety policies and procedures. Job Description:
- Unpacks material from pallets and places in smaller flow racks, ensuring FIFO process is followed.
- Decant and / or prepare material as required for each production line.
- Stocks the production lines using the proper equipment such as a tugger or walk behind. Must deliver the right number of parts to the line at the right time.
- Removes trash from the materials area and production lines. Loads cardboard and plastic into the compactors.
- Assists with inventory control functions of the on-site and off-site warehouses, including cycle counts and physical inventories.
- Maintains lot traceability as required.
- Supports training as required.
- Any other tasks and duties as assigned.Replacement
Required Skills and Education ReplEssential:
- High School Diploma required
- Must be able to lift 35 lbs.
- Two to five years’ experience in warehouse operations and forklift experience
Desirable:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to handle multiple tasks
- Detail conscious
- Good computer skillsacement
