Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Private Duty Home Care Always Compassionate Health
Pay: $35 per hour Schedule: Flexible Scheduling | Immediate Openings Location: Nassau County, NY
Always Compassionate Health is seeking compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one nursing care in patients’ homes. Enjoy competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in patients’ lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care and administer prescribed medications and treatments.
- Perform G-tube/PEG care, tracheostomy care, and suctioning as needed.
- Monitor patients’ conditions and promptly report changes in health status.
- Provide ventilator support when required and appropriately trained.
- Educate patients and caregivers and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
Qualifications
- Active New York State LPN license.
- Minimum of six months of home care experience.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Strong clinical and communication skills.
- Compassionate, dependable, and able to work independently.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
