P&C Account Manager NSM Insurance Brokers is the brokerage division of Novacore. NSM Insurance Brokers is one of the nation’s top commercial property and casualty insurance services firms, and the brokerage division of Novacore. Going beyond the traditional role of a broker, we take pride in partnering with our clients, serving as thought leaders in the industries we serve and collaborating with top-rated insurance carriers to proactively protect client organizations.
The Account Manager will support the specialist insurance team (ASD) primarily focusing on handling the day-to-day servicing of accounts as well as account retention/renewals. This role is responsible for ensuring accuracy and consistency of information being processed across the Automotive Aftermarket insurance lines.
**This is a hybrid opportunity, sitting at the Conshohocken, PA Home Office**
Responsibilities:
- Market and placement of renewal business.
- Perform risk analysis & preparation of applications for renewal business.
- Review and present to clients their preparation of quotes for coverages, exclusions and subjectivities.
- Maintain accounts by evaluating risk and providing coverage analysis.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Responsible for daily service and processing in accordance with company quality control standards and procedures.
- Develop and maintain carrier/underwriter relationships.
- Maintain current market and product knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Prior commercial lines account manager experience
- 1-3 years Property and Casualty experience
- Property and Casualty License, or to be obtained within the first 30 days of hire
- Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
- Excellent product knowledge and expertise
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; including Word, Excel, Outlook
- Ability to work independently
