Education: Graduates
Experience: 0-2 Years
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Execute short term plan to enhance effectiveness of hiring programs.
- Get involved in the partnership between organization and TA partners.
- Participate in diversified recruitment programs including job fairs, campus hiring, skill development programs etc.
- Use a systematic approach to identify improvement opportunities, root-cause analysis, recommending solutions, and implementing process improvements in accordance with client/company goals towards hiring the best talent from the market.
Skills :
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding
- Understanding of all selection methods and techniques
- Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different role
- Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills Good Analytical Skills
- Excellent in MS Office
