Job Description Summary: Construct, erect, install, maintain or repair various structures concerned with the construction and maintenance of edifices, facilities, and systems resulting in successful project completion.

Job Description: ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: • Able to perform all essential labor job responsibilities • Cut, shape and fasten wood and similar materials • Use a wide variety of power and hand tools, to measure, saw, cut, assemble, level and nail wood and other building materials • Build foundations, install floor beams, lay sub flooring and erect walls and roof systems • Fit and install trim items, such as doors, stairs, molding and hardware • Interpret blueprints with a high degree of accuracy, verify measurements, determine the integrity of the plans and report mistakes or omissions • Use knowledge of the qualities of wood (grain, density, flexibility) to select the best material for the job • Provide the physical and technical skills necessary for performing all assignments as directed ensuring quality, timeliness, and cost effectiveness • Accountable for proper and accurate documentation of labor & materials for work performed in accordance with established Company procedures • Responsible for job related material estimating and requisition requirements • Complete other responsibilities as assigned
