Do you naturally spot number errors, mismatches, and missing details before anyone else does? We’re looking for an Accounts Payable Processor who enjoys precision work, clean reconciliations, and keeping payables accurate and on time. This role is ideal for someone with strong sense of numbers who prefers focused work and takes pride in getting it right.
What You’ll Be Doing (and crushing it!):
- Make daily bank deposits and confirm electronic payments are received when expected
- Apply all customer payments accurately and timely.
- Work closely with the credit department to get unapplied money resolved.
- Post all invoices billed each day and report to sales totals to management
What We’re Looking For:
- Education- High School Diploma; Higher Education with Accounting classes a plus
- Experience – 3 or more years of cash application and accounts receivable experience; Dynamics/Great Plains system a plus
- Specialized knowledge- Strong skills in detailed cash application with a understanding of all aspects in accounts receivable and accounting; Advanced skill level in Microsoft Excel is a must
- Skills- Advanced Excel level, 10 key calculator, Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Access, excellent analytical and research skills, detail oriented, and ability to prioritize workloads and meet deadlines.
- Other personal characteristics- Professional positive attitude with good communication skills, strong organization skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and ability to adapt to change within your work environment
